The Hook

Nobody could tell what they did. Their work was too important for that to stay true.

The Situation

When we first looked at the B-Cares website before we ever met with Michelle and Ken, we were genuinely confused about what they offered. Stock images, vague copy, and branding that existed somewhere in a folder but never made it onto the site. For a company doing work this meaningful that was a real problem.

B-Cares is not your standard EAP. A traditional Employee Assistance Program offers basic mental health support and a hotline. B-Cares goes so much further than that. They come into organizations, do a full analysis, find the root of what is actually going wrong, and fix it from the top down. They believe most workplace problems start at the leadership level and they are not afraid to say so. They will show up for what sounds like a simple request and discover a complete dumpster fire. And then they put it out. Leadership training, culture work, employee support, root cause analysis. They do it all and they do it exceptionally well.

That kind of company deserved a website that could actually explain what they do.

What We Found

The existing site had no clear messaging, no explanation of their process, and no visual identity to speak of. Someone landing on that page had no idea what B-Cares offered or why it was different from anything else out there. The branding they had was never applied consistently and the stock imagery made them look generic in a space where their actual work was anything but.

What We Did

We sat down with Michelle and Ken and did what we always do first. We asked the real questions. Who do you serve, what are their pain points, what do you actually do for them, and what makes you different from every other option they have. From those conversations we built their full messaging foundation and wrote every word on their website with intention.

They came to us with some logo concepts featuring really sweet little bee illustrations. We loved them. We extended that into a complete visual system, adding little accents of grass and florals that gave the whole brand a warm, approachable feel without losing its professionalism. We also built custom infographics that visualized their process and messaging in a way that made everything immediately clear.

Then we built them a brand new website in Wix Studio from scratch. Simple, clean, and impossible to misunderstand.

The Result

Ken told us we knocked it out of the park. They wrote us a glowing review and were genuinely thrilled with what we delivered. For the first time B-Cares had a website that actually explained what they do, showed who they are, and gave their ideal clients a reason to reach out.

A company this good at solving other people's problems finally had a brand that solved their biggest one.
