The Situation

Natural Pediatrix is not your average pediatrician. They are a functional medicine and holistic practice that serves both children and adults, and they do it in a way that most parents have never experienced before. They take the time to actually know your family. They support your decisions without judgment. If you want a delayed vaccine schedule, they do not show you the door. If you feel like something is wrong with your child and nobody is listening, they listen. For parents who have ever felt dismissed, pressured, or rushed through a ten minute appointment, Natural Pediatrix is a completely different experience.

We can speak to this personally. When our first baby was born we hopped from pediatrician to pediatrician because something felt off and nobody would take the time to hear it. That kind of experience is exhausting and scary. Natural Pediatrix is exactly the practice we wished we had then. Parents deserve that level of care and so do their kids.

When we first connected with Heather Dirkmaat and her team it was for simple website updates. That relationship grew into something much bigger when they came to us wanting to run Google Ads to their Scottsdale location.

What We Found

Before we touched a single ad we looked at the page they wanted to send traffic to. What we found was a page with almost zero organic traffic, weak messaging, a layout that was hard to follow, and no clear reason for a visitor to take the next step. Their existing website had some beautiful photos of the practice but the copy was not doing the work it needed to do. Running ads to that page would have been throwing money into a fire.

We told them the truth. We always do.

What We Did

We got on the phone with Heather and her team to make sure everything we knew about the practice was accurate and that the messaging we were going to build would truly represent who they are and who they serve. They trusted us completely. They said go ahead and build it.

We built the entire website in one weekend.

Our graphic designer Sarah gave their logo a meaningful facelift and created two distinct versions, one for the Queen Creek location featuring the Superstition Mountains and one for the Scottsdale location featuring Camelback Mountain. We also built a complete branded template package to match the new site.

Every page was rewritten with clear messaging, intentional structure, and SEO built in from the start. The website was built to convert the exact parent who has been let down by every other practice they have tried.

We then launched their Google Ads campaign for the Scottsdale location on top of the new foundation, exactly the way it should be done.

The Result

In the first 22 days after launch compared to the 22 days before, here is what happened:

Sessions up 65%. Unique visitors up 88%. Time on site up 75%. Pages per session up 40%. Bounce rate down 10 points. Facebook organic traffic up 813%.

That last number tells the whole story. Parents are finding this website, feeling seen by what it says, and sharing it with other parents in their community. That is word of mouth at scale without spending a single extra dollar to make it happen.

Google Ads have since launched for the Scottsdale location. A 60 day report is coming. We fully expect these numbers to keep climbing.
